INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY HELPS SELL  BALTIMORE CITY NEIGHBORHOODS & HOMES

FEBRUARY 16, 2005 (BALTIMORE, MD) - Today, Live Baltimore Home Center announced the launch of its new Web site, www.LiveBaltimore.com, designed to greatly enhance the ease with which users can access a wealth of information about purchasing a home and living in Baltimore City. The site is powered by custom content management and e-marketing technology created by a local Information Technology company - The Seva Group. 

By late 2004, the significant growth and success of the Live Baltimore organization outpaced the capabilities of their existing Web site. The Seva Group partnered with Live Baltimore to implement a level of technology typically out of reach for budget conscious non-profit organizations.

"With a new look, navigation and technology, consumers interested in Baltimore City living will be able to easily search for information on real estate agents, neighborhoods, and incentive programs, said Tracy Gosson, Executive Director for Live Baltimore. "The site's improvements will convince and greatly assist even more people to live in Baltimore." 

First released in 2001, SevaCM 4.0 is The Seva Group's enterprise content management solution. Feature-rich, customizable and cost-effective - it can revolutionize the way small and mid-sized companies communicate via the Web. The tool will allow Live Baltimore to customize site content to fit their users' needs and help determine what that content should be through powerful reporting and analysis. Most importantly, the functionality of SevaCM will reduce site maintenance efforts, freeing Live Baltimore personnel to focus on more value-added activities.
