GET READY FOR BUYING INTO BALTIMORE FAIR
WITH INFORMATIVE PREVIEW EVENT
$100 towards title work on a home purchased in Baltimore City

BALTIMORE, MD - April 26, 2005 - Consumers can get a jump on the action at Live Baltimore's spring Buying into Baltimore Fair* and receive a $100 certificate towards title work courtesy of The Fountainhead Group by attending FREE  educational seminars from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26th at Roland Park Country School, 5204 Roland Avenue.

"We anticipate more than 250 attendees to join us to learn about the home-buying and renovating processes as well take a virtual tour of the neighborhoods," according to Tracy Gosson, executive director of the Live Baltimore Home Center.

From 6:00pm to 7:00pm, participants can talk with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and home buying counselors. Educational seminars will be offered from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in 30-minute segments on the following topics:

- Getting a Mortgage: What you need to know
- Renovating a Home in Baltimore City: Can you afford it?
- Baltimore City Homeownership Incentive Programs
- Working with a Real Estate Agent
- Virtual Tours of Baltimore City Neighborhoods

*The semi-annual Buying into Baltimore fair will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14th at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute High School, 1400 W. Cold Spring Lane, Baltimore, MD 21209. Participants can view sample homes for sales, preview listings of homes, and learn about the home-buying process. Awards of $3,000 are available to the first 50 participants who close on a house in the Western Region within 90 days of the fair.
