GET READY FOR BUYING INTO BALTIMORE FAIR WITH
INFORMATIVE PREVIEW EVENT
$100 toward title work on a home purchased in Baltimore City
BALTIMORE, MD -Consumers can get insider tips on Baltimore's hot real estate market and 50 people may receive a $100 certificate toward title work from The Fountainhead Title Group by attending a FREE seminar from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 31st at Roland Park Country School, 5204 Roland Ave., Baltimore.
"We anticipate more than 250 attendees to join us in order to learn more about buying a home in Baltimore City, as well as to take a virtual tour of the neighborhoods," according to Tracy Gosson, executive director of the Live Baltimore Home Center.
From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., participants can talk with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and home buying experts. Educational seminars will be offered from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m in 30-minute sessions on the following topics:

Live Baltimore and the City of Baltimore are gearing up for our semi-annual Buying into Baltimore fair which will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, September 17th at Baltimore City College High School, 3220 The Alameda, Baltimore, MD 21218. Participants can take narrated tours, view sample homes for sales, preview listings of homes, and learn about the home-buying process. Awards of $3,000 are available to the first 50 participants who close on a house within 90 days of the fair.
