Homeownership Counseling in Baltimore City

In order to take part in almost any Maryland State or Baltimore City housing incentive program, you must obtain a Homeownership Counseling Certificate. This typically consists of one group counseling session and one individual sessions with a certified counselor. Contact the agencies below to enroll in an upcoming program.

All of the below housing counseling agencies are approved to provide counseling certificates for Baltimore City homeownership incentives.
