Since our inception in 1997, Live Baltimore has developed into a highly unique, creative and accomplished marketing organization that has successfully promoted living in Baltimore City through a variety of innovative initiatives.
Our most significant accomplishment to date has been the opening of our Home Center facility, where consumers can learn one-on-one about neighborhoods, meet with a real estate agent and begin the mortgage application process.

Live Baltimore publishes the only complete guide in attracting resident to the city. The City Living Resource Guide is a bi-annual directory filled with valuable information for Baltimore City home buyers, renters and renovators!

We have been marketing directly to those living and working in Washington, D.C. since 2002 and have received national media attention for our aggressive campaign. Through print and outdoor advertising we featured new images of affordable city living and host regular recruitment events throughout the District.

Live Baltimore's promotional efforts continue to garner positive coverage for Baltimore City. Numerous media outlets have covered our innovative approach to marketing Baltimore City, including The Washington Post, NPR Radio, The Next American City, Talk of the Nation, Kiplingers Magazine and The New York Times. We have talked with countless cities in person and on the road, and many have implemented their own versions of our successful programs.
