The Brewers Hill Community is centrally located. It is accessible to Interstate 895, 695, 95, and 83. It is also accessible to three bus lines the No. 10, 7, and 23. There is a shopping area which is only three blocks away, it is call the Avenue (Eastern Avenue). This is the original Avenue.

By living in Brewers Hill, once can walk to the O'Donnell Square, to the Boston Street Korean Memorial Park, to Patterson Park, American Can, Fells Point, and Little Italy. We are only 15 to 20 minutes away from the downtown area, Harbor Place, Camden Yards, and M&T Bank Stadium.

The neighborhood has a variety of row homes in the area. These homes were built between 1915 and 1920. There are two story brick homes with marble steps and fronts. We also have two story homes that are formstone and several blocks with porch fronts.
