The area to be covered and encompassed by the activities of this Association shall be that area which is bound on the EAST by the west side of Pulaski Highway running from the center of Herring Run NORTH to the Baltimore City Line. Directly NORTH to the intersection of the Baltimore City Line and Hazelwood Avenue. Then in a WESTERLY direction across White Avenue to Belair Road. Running SOUTHWESTERLY along the EAST side of Belair Road to the intersection of Parkside Drive. The SOUTH boundary will be from Belair Road and Parkside Drive to the intersection of Parkside Drive and Mannasota Avenue. Then along the NORTH side of Bowleys Lane to the intersection of Sinclair Lane and from this point SOUTHEASTERLY along the middle of the Herring Run to the point of origin at Pulaski Highway.

The Objects of this Association is to protect and promote the best interests of the residents of the area hereinafter set forth; to promote and strive for the improvement and betterment of all public facilities and services within the said area; to promote and encourage a better community and civic spirit and to foster goodwill and friendship between all residents, businesses and other interested parties of the said community.
