Two-story brick duplex and row houses went upon Woodington, Wicklow, Kevin, Colborne, Flowerton, and Seminole in the 1940s and 1950s. Many houses were named "Colonial Daylights" by their builder, James Keelty, in the early 1950s because each room had an outside window.The two-story brick front row houses featured 6 rooms and bath, some with attics.

Homes were built in the early 1950's by the Keelty Company on its last undeveloped portioned of land that was called the Wildwood Tract. During construction, however, development was transferred to the Kevin Company. Portions of this development represented the final phase of the Keelty Company's operations in the Edmonson Area which had begun in the early 1920's.
