The majority of the homes are row homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms. A few houses on the 40th st. are individual. There are three apartment complexes.
Some homes date to the late 1800s. Most of them were built between 1907 and 1950. The association was established in the 50s to protect the park which is the focal point of the neighborhood.
