Maiden Choice Run is located at the northern edge of the community. There's a large children's playground within the community. Frederick E. Leidig Recreation Center has programs for youth and adults.
Brick townhouses built in 1950's which are solidly constructed and remain in good condition. All houses have large lots with front and rear yards and some off-street parking spaces.
This community was built in 1955 and named Yale Heights. In 1988, residents revived the Yale Heights Community Improvement Corp. which now meets monthly and has a very active group of leaders.
