South Baltimore
Almost destroyed to make way for I-95, Federal Hill and Otterbein have since been meticulously restored and renovated over the past three decades. Today, that spirit of renewal has spread to up-and-coming neighborhoods like Locust Point, Brooklyn, Riverside Park, Ridgely's Delight, Union Square, Washington Village, and Barre Circle. All are rich in history and proud of it. Most offer great access to highways and rail systems and are within walking distance to the Inner Harbor, downtown, and the stadiums. Your optons include mostly rowhomes with some new condos along the waterfront.
Highlights:
Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Fort McHenry, M&T Bank Stadium, rooftop decks with postcard views. Federal Hill Park, fresh fish and flowers at Cross Street Market.
