Currently, you will find that the Riverside Park area is going through a major revitalization. On almost every street you will see homes being refurbished. There are still many homes with the formstone from the 50's and 60's and original brick homes. With the City focusing on bringing people back to the downtown area, you will find young professionals who work downtown living next door to homeowners who have owned there home for 20+ years.
