Membership Benefits
Exclusive Consumer Referrals
Prospective homebuyers are referred to agents who specialize in the neighborhoods in which they are interested. These highly qualified referrals come to you directly while on floor duty, at our special events, on-line or via our collateral materials.
"Floor Duty" in the Home Center
Serve as our "agent-in-residence" assisting consumers in search of city living information and agent assistance. We’re seeing an average of 62 visitors each month and 23% are sitting with an agent. While on floor duty you'll have access to MRIS/Matrix, phone, fax, private office space, and other general amenities. You will also be featured on our online Home Center calendar.
